Terms of service

These terms govern every order placed on this store. Please read them before you buy. They apply to consumers; we do not sell to businesses through this store.

How the contract is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email acknowledging it — that email is not acceptance. The contract exists only when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched, and it covers the goods named in that email.

We may refuse an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if the price was listed incorrectly. If we refuse, we refund you in full.

The contract is concluded in English. We keep a record of it; you can request a copy at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and is calculated at checkout before you pay, so the total you see there is the total you pay.

Customs duties and import taxes are on us. For deliveries outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom, any duty or import VAT is included in what you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due when the parcel arrives.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you order.

If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have spotted it, we do not have to sell at that price. We will tell you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days. Delivery costs and any further transit estimate are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy. Unless we agree something else with you, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.

Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us. Risk passes to you at that point.

If we miss the delivery time and delivery by a set date was essential, or if we fail to deliver within an additional period you set us in writing, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Pre-orders

Where an item is offered for pre-order, the dispatch estimate is shown on the product page. Your 14-day cancellation right runs from delivery, not from the date you ordered, so a pre-order never shortens it. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any point before it is dispatched.

Cancelling and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason, and you have free legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Both are set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. If you cancel, you pay the cost of sending the goods back.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Measurements and capacities are nominal and may vary slightly between units.

Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss and damage we cause. We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under your statutory consumer rights.

We are not liable for business losses. This store sells to consumers only, and if you buy for a commercial purpose we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
